Ownership & Operation:
This website (H.E.R. Perspective Photography) is solely owned and operated by Nina L. Winston. The Service and all materials within or transferred by, including and without limitation, images, text, graphics, logos, copyrights, photographs and all Intellectual Property Rights related to, are the exclusive property of Nina L. Winston. Therefore, Nina L. Winston may utilize all materials herein for her own purposes, including and without limitation, such as publication, copyright, advertisement, and web content. Unless otherwise specified, these terms and conditions do not grant any permission or rights to use the intellectual property described within, and you the client agree, including and without limitation, not to sell, modify, edit, or create derivative works of the things herein. By accessing or using H.E.R. Perspective Photography website and service, you hereby irrevocably and unconditionally confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Booking Policy:
For all portrait sessions, a 30% non-refundable retainer deposit is required at the time of booking. This retainer deposit reserves the date and time your photographs will be captured. The remaining balance is due by the day of the photography session.
Payment Policy:
​All payments can be made with cash, Apple Pay, Cash App, and Venmo
Cancellation Policy:
Sessions can only be rebooked one time. If cancellation (of the original booking) is necessary, your retainer deposit transfers over to the next available date that we can photograph together, and is subject to any new pricing policy in effect at the time of rebooking. If cancellation (of the rebooked session) is necessary, the retainer deposit is forfeit. Rebooking will require a new retainer deposit to be paid to secure the date and time you wish to have your photographs captured. In the event of bad weather, including and without limitation, severe thunderstorms, tornadoes, hurricanes, floods, and winter storms, your retainer deposit transfers over to the next available date that we can photograph together.

Refund Policy:
Understandably, there are risks and dangers associated with travel. Therefore, a refund may only be issued if an unforeseen event arise while I'm traveling to the photo session that prevents me from carrying out the photography. Should that occur, I will refund you all payments made up to that time.
